As mortgage experts, we show our clients that we care about their needs first and foremost. In fact, understanding their needs is a very important part of the mortgage process. By understanding clients' needs, we can save them possibly thousands of dollars in potential payout penalties, extra legal fees, etc. We communicate with our client during the entire home-buying and mortgage-financing processes – and even after their mortgage has funded.
We at North Power Mortgages work with people who can or can't prove their income, who own their own businesses, work on commission, and maybe just aren’t salaried employees.
We help our clients overcome the obstacles and find lenders who are willing to offer them the best suitable mortgage.
We began our training in the mortgage industry by working at one of the country’s most prominent banks.
After a combined 30 years of experience in the banking and lending industry, we soon recognized that we would rather be on the other side of the negotiation, working for borrowers instead of the bank. Many years and hundreds of serviced clients later, we have achieved our dream of building a business that serves people who are interested in financing their dream: the dream of owning a home.
