Michael Neal is a Managing Partner of North Power Mortgages and is primarily responsible for sales and day to day operations.

Prior to founding North Power in 2018, Michael spent over 15 years with CIBC in multiple roles including Senior Banker and Business Development Specialist at Firstline Mortgages. Most recently Michael spent the last 6 years as a Mortgage Advisor where he was responsible for sourcing and facilitating more than $600MM in personal mortgages for his clients. Michael was consecutively ranked in the top 5% of all CIBC Mortgage Advisors during his 6 year tenure in the role. Michael enjoys spending his spare time playing hockey, cycling and spending time with his family. He is an avid home cook and BBQ nerd.
